5537 5th Avenue: The mansion is ideally situated at the corner of 5th Ave and Ivy - 15232. Located less than one mile to CMU, PITT, Shadyside Hospital, Hillman Center, UPMC, and more. The city bus, and university shuttles, stop one block away. Highly rated, flexible rentals for weekly and monthly visits, or longer. Our unique apartments are sparkling clean. Completely furnished with everything you need - towels, linens, and a fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances). Laundry in basement. All utilities, c/a, gas heat, high-speed COMCAST XFINITY Internet, and cable are included. Located one block from the Shadyside Inn, and two blocks from Walnut Street in a Grande, older Shadyside mansion. Street parking with $20 city permit. Photos directly below show the main lobby and second floor landing. All apartments are available for long term occupancy. Credit cards accepted. Smoke-free. No pets. Shoes must be removed upon entering any of our apartments. Cooking with curry is not permitted. All units cleaned monthly by our staff. Guests are required to maintain a clean and tidy living space. Check-out by 11:00 am or must pay for an additional day.

Fifth Ave. Circle Room is available as auxillary bedroom. Second floor. This is the auxiliary bedroom for any apartment in the mansion and cannot be rented by itself. It is centrally located on the second floor, in the east tower of the mansion, between units #5 & #6. If a tenant has a guest, and the room is available, the bedroom can be rented nightly for $60/night. Or, it can be added to any apartment on a monthly basis for an additional $300/month.

The large living/dining room combo (14' x 18.5') includes a gas fireplace and 10' high ceilings. The custom-built kitchen features a marble floor. The bathroom includes a tub, ceramic tile shower, and marble floor. This is fine apartment living in a Grande, Shadyside mansion. Weekly cleaning service included. Weekly rate: $700. Fifth Ave. #8 - Bedroom 'a' available until March 29th. Bedroom 'b' available April 4th. Third floor. This unit is very convenient for anyone needing to visit UPMC & Shadyside Hospital, as well as the universities. Large unit w/shared bath, kitchen, and living room. Bedrooms are individually keyed with security locks. The bath and kitchen are cleaned three days/week, however the entire unit is cleaned weekly, including changing bed linens, and providing fresh towels. The rate is $400/week per bedroom, or $1,300/month. Single person occupancy per room. All guests must agree to maintain a clean and tidy room - no clothes on the floor, open bags of food items laying around, and must be willing to clean-up after themselves in the kitchen. Dorm-style living living is not permitted.
