5501 Centre Avenue at the corner of S. Graham - 15232: Less than one-half mile to Shadyside Hospital, West Penn Hospital, Hillman Center, CMU, Market District Giant Eagle. Less than 2 miles to UPMC in Oakland. All properties are located on the city bus line and university shuttles. We believe that we offer the most unique, flexible rentals for weekly, monthly, or longer visits. Our apartments are sparkling clean, and completely furnished with everything you need - high-speed COMCAST Internet, cable, towels, linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. House phone available offering unlimited U.S. local, and long distance calls, including Canada. Laundry in the basement. Intercom and door release in each unit. Smoke-free building. Credit cards accepted. Private parking lot. Shoes must be removed upon entering any of our apartments. All guests are required to maintain a clean and tidy living space. All units cleaned monthly by our staff. Cooking with curry is not permitted. All apartments available for long term occupancy. Check-out by 11:00 am or must pay for an additional day. Toiletries not provided. Bed & Breakfast style housing in unit #4.

Centre Ave. #1 - Available March 1st. Just renovated, and completely transformed into one of our most unique units. New hardwood floors in main room. New ceramic tile in bath, and kitchen, and freshly paint. Ground level. Small, one bedroom apartment with twin bed, bath, living room, and kitchen. $560/week, or $1,600/month. One adult occupancy. Monthly cleaning by our staff.

Centre Ave. #2 - Available April 1st. $2,200/month. Second floor. Large, furnished two-bedroom. Living/dining room combo, with newly refinished hardwood floors, and area rug. Walk-in closet located in the smaller, second bedroom with twin bed, and door leading to the balcony. Two twins, or king-size bed in large bedroom (currently set-up as king). Two person (adult) occupancy plus one child. Weekly rate: $875. Monthly cleaning by our staff.

Centre Ave. #3 - Available Feb. 26th. Furnished. Second floor. Medium sized, one bedroom. Currently set-up as king bed. However, can have two twin beds in bedroom - perfect for sharing. Large eat-in kitchen with pantry closet. $1,600/month. Two person occupancy. Monthly cleaning by our staff.

Centre Ave. #4 - Bed & Breakfast Style apartment. Second floor. Bedroom 'a' available until Feb. 16th. Bedroom 'b' available until Feb. 11th (available again March 21st). Bedroom 'c' available April 1st. Bedroom 'd' available March 16, 2012. Bedrooms are individually keyed with security locks. Located only two blocks from Shadyside Hospital ard Marriott. This building is very close to UPMC, and the universities. Private sleeping rooms with shared bath, kitchen, and living room. The bath and kitchen are cleaned six days/week, however the entire unit is cleaned weekly, including free laundry service for sheets, and towels. Bedrooms 4a, 4b, 4c: $400/week, or $1,300/ month. Room 'd' does not have a/c (has ceiling fan & door to balcony) - $1,000/ month or $300/week. Single occupancy per room. One additional bedroom in private home, not listed on my site, is sometimes available at another location. All guests must agree to maintain a clean and tidy room - no clothes on the floor, or open bags of food items laying around in the bedroom, and guests must be willing to clean-up after themselves in the kitchen. This is not dorm-style living.
